Wally - Thanks I'll check that out. They are printing to printers that are fax, copier, scanners, etc and are constantly getting faxes at those machine. I tried to copy a report on one of them yesterday and I got a memory error.

>just a wild guess Gaylen, but maybe the printer's memory is overloaded. That can happen with reports that are memory (graphic) intensive.
