I have a table which lists document revisions. We have two types of revisions, DCN(Drawing Change Notice) and EO(Engineering Order). My table is set up to record revision date(Field 1) and type of change code(1 or 2)(Field 2). I need to know how many DCN's were completed on a certian month and like wise EO's for that month.
