Thanks for replay. All users on this PC have administrator rights.
I have downloaded RegMon and see one suspicious line:
OpenKey HKCR\TypeLib\{F935DC20-1CF0-11D0-ADB9-00C04FD58A0B} NOTFOUND
If I go to REGEDIT, then I see that this typelib belongs at least to Windows Script Host Network Object and to Windows Script Host Shell Object. Now what
should I do? If I need to check/set read permission, then how to do it?
