I'm assuming your using VFP6 or later.

My suggestion is to store the names of the .JPG files in a character field of a table. There are disadvantages to using general fields for storing images...such as table bloat, and the inability to extract the .JPG file back out of the general field easily.

For forms, simply use the picture control to display each image. FAQ #7862 outlines how to show .JPG images on reports.
