I'm trying to create a wait loop within a VB routine, but one thing that I've noticed is that it sucks up the entire CPU usage while it's going through the loop. This is an ActiveX DLL object, so there is no user interface, and thus no way to use the Timer control.

Does anyone have any ideas of a less taxing way to just wait n seconds?
