Nadya,

Let me first say that the (eventual) persons involved will have the better answers. Secondly, the last I want is to offend someone.
But here is my experience as an employer :

Though it may sound very strange, agree upon normal Russian salary, or somehwat above that. This is not about granting too few, but merely about all the strangenesses you will be encountering when the money flowing to overthere is too much. Anyone there receiving too much is subject to prison. Well, at least that is what one overthere is thinking / feeling. Respect that to your best knowledge !

"Contracts" as should be involved, are -there- subject to having a company; setting up a company is the hardest thing to do (there).

The latter continued : persons out there are the most suspicious you can think of. All from bas experiences from life. Think of this all the time. And give the good feeling.
The bad thing is, that this should be solved by having the company overthere ...

Money transfer isn't a problem, as long as you know how to do it. In the end it is dead-easy. However, it took many months before I knew myself (just stupid, run to the post-office and you'll be informed).
Anyway, here is the suspicion again : whereas you may know how to do it, the other side must wait to see it come. How to arrange it with the good feelings : pay in advance (okay, for the first time(s) at least).

Again, no offence, but think of yourself too; Russia (etc.) is full of perons with not the best intentions. Not because "as is" but because of the neighbour doing it to them. So everybody starts "doing" it. IOW, just be careful. And, don't be the suspicious yourself to begin with. Overthere all is about respect. Behave like that, and get it back.

PS: I hope I didn't put the wrong words here. Instead it's the contrary : I'd really like to live overthere instead of skipping breakfast because of "no time" for it.
