Nothing really blatant. Try deleting the temp files that the Setup Wizard creates -- sorry, but I don't have the name of this dbf at the top of my stack anymore. It's buried in the heap somewhere. :-)

You could always try another install program. If you search the archives, I know somebody has posted about using a free install creation program.
