I'm sure SOMEONE out here has done this and would appreciate a hand. I have a client who has been having problems with their "phone call" system over and over and very unreliable. I talked with someone who said getting the data is like getting it from a modem connection.

I have access to the PBX line sending out the phone call CDR information, but don't know where to really begin on opening the modem port, command to say "I'm ready to start receiving", and "Please wait... I'm working on the batch I just read" type of modes.

Of course I was thinking of using the MSCOMM control, but if other avenue would be better, I'm open for input.

Any input would be GREATLY appreciated.
