I didn't see that in your original post. You were saying that SEEK and LOCATE were not ending up on the correct rows. That's an indication of index problems.

>We rebuild the indexs whenever we do a PACK, generally every 10-14 days. I would agree that the index is probably corrupted, but would that cause the record in the table to disappear if you opened the table w/out an index set?
