UPDATE: it didn't disappear/reappear beside Michel's entry - there are two entries with him in each.
I was just going through the users online list and noticed that Michel's entry (our esteemed owner) had a globe after the envelope in the first column.
When I scrolled away and back to it the globe was gone. When I scrolled away and back again, it was there again.

What is it??????
