Thanks for the link - I had it a year ago, and lost it (with the job...). Good article and with a few very valid points. The way the bill was passed on 2002.10.03 in the House is in the best tradition of Milosevic's manipulations, maybe even outdone.

So what's new? Big money doing what it wants with the law and with the lives of ordinary people. That's capitalism.
