Hi,

My SQL table is comprised of 3 fields.
Height, Width and Depth.

I have set up a DTS package that retrieves these values
and sets them into 3 global variables.
I have set up the global variables as decimals as well.

This is when i encounter the error. When i perform the
Transformation. I get a data type mismatch error.

To get around this I had to set up my sql fields to real
and I did the same for my DTS global variables.

I would like to use the decimal datatype because reals are
an approximation and I need accurate data.

I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Thanks

Alvin
