I'm not at all sure I understand what it is you're trying to do.
Am I correct that you:
Have a bunch of emails in a folder under your inbox
And You want to put these same email messages on someone elses PC?
If so, Export to a file and make the kind of file a personal folder file (.pst) instead of Excel. Then import that pst file on the other PC.
