I am trying to write a SQL Insert query to Update a FoxPro table with values from our mainframe. I am having a problem Inserting an Empty date field to the Fox Table. I cannot Omit the field from the query because It will not Accept nulls. I have tried an empty string ie {d ' - - ') is also failing If a date value is filled in the above format it works.

Does anyone out there know how I can enter a Blank date field from cobol to a foxtable via ODBC.

Any help would be appreciated.
