You mean it shows up under the Window menu item? That menu is showing the forms by Caption, not by the actual form memvar name.

Do you see the memvar for the form in the debugger?

>I release forms depending on which menu option I choose. I have set up a test which only uses a number of menu options to open the forms, so I have no doubt that I only open 1 instance of the form. All forms close except one where the form.release tells me that the object can't be found. And yet when I stop the test this form is in the windows list. I am baffled.
