QA For SQL 2000 blows away the 7.0 editor. I used to use a third party product called SQL Programmer... they have since made a 'free' version of it. It was pretty good, had lots of goodies.

But, since SQL 2000 came out, pretty much the only thing it doesn't have that I miss in SQL programmer is a global search through SQL objects, like SP's.
