If your VFP database and tables are already created and have the same sructure as the Access tables, you could set up an ODBC connection to the Access data, create remote views for each table in the Access database and append from the remote views into each VFP table. I do this to update converted data from VFP tables to SQL Server or Oracle when using backend servers.
