Sorry, on further testing I discovered the problem.
oFrmTest = CreateObject() will, of course, assign an object variable to oFrmTest, not the return value of the form.
I think you need some workaround. For instance, if you call from another form, you can pass the calling form as a parameter, and manipulate the form properties from the called form.
