Thanks for the reply. The class property is (window style) is modal. oFrmTest.Show() fires it okay but I don't know the syntax to return a value from it.

If it was a normal scx, I would say "DO FORM myForm TO lcRetVal".

I'm not sure what the equivalent syntax is for a form created in code (as opposed to the screen designer).
