Hi Everybody

I have a following cursor :
CREATE CURSOR AA (ITEM_NO C(12))

The field ITEM_NO is a string field with data like "880".
When I convert the cursor by CURSORTOXML is fine.But the problem is when I converted it back by XMLTOCURSOR the field ITEM_NO becomes numeric as 880.

How can I keep the data type between XML conversion ? Pls enlighting me . Thanks
