I saw this thread recently and wondered if you could help me as I have a similar problem.

My app includes several Activex controls including the progress bar - I've included the following merge modules in my installshield project :

msvcr70.msm
msvcp70.msm
msvci70.msm
vfp7runtime.msm

mscomct2.msm
comcat.msm
oleaut32.msm
msmapi32.msm
mscomctl.msm

When I install on a Win2000 machine - no problem.
When I install on a Win 95 machine - I get 'class not registered' when it comes to displaying the progress bar.

I've tried regsvr32 on mscomctl.ocx on the Win95 PC - still get the same problem.

Any help gratefully received.
