Hi George,
You haven't lost it. When it was first introduced, any user could "complete" an entry. For example, if a user didn't put anything in for Visual Basic or Visual C++, you or I could edit the entry and add the appropriate information. At one time, I believe there was "Created by" and "Last Modified by" information at the bottom of the entry.
Maybe it went away the same time the new interface was implemented.
