1. Vfp, take default path where it was installed.
2. i advice you that in the application principal, define you path default, something so:
MyFilePath = ALLTR(SYS(5))+ALLTR(SYS(2003))
SET DEFA TO (MyFilePath)

this will do that the directory default will be the directory where is the principal program run, and when you create your .exe file there will not be problem.

3. if you want to run correctly the program when you work in de command windows, then continualy write the path of your program, something so:
SET DEFA TO "C:\MyProgram"
then run you program or forms
one time for session is sufficient.
