I have a system with 512M of memory that refuses to run a very small app. On startup, it shows a Window's error that there is insufficient memory to run the program. The same app runs on systems with 64M and 128M.

I recall reading about a fix for this problem, but can not remember where I saw it. Can someone please jog my memory so I can fix the computer's memory.
