Is there a way to access a network share via impersonating a certain network user account from a different user account not having direct access?

IOW, I need to write a utility app that checks for new files dumped on a specific network share on a computer that does not have network rights to access the network share. Some function that would say "use this user account to access this network share instead of the currently logged in user account." TIA.
