This info is for Outlook (not Outlook Express).

Do a search on your D drive for *.pst files. After you find your old .pst file, from within Outlook you can go to File|Open|Personal Folders File (may be slightly different depending on Outlook version) and open it.

If you have View|Folder List checked, you will be able to see the folders on the left. You can drag & drop your old messages to your new folders.
