I'm not sure what VFP5 has to do with VFP3 application. Are you running this application under VFP5?

>We are currently running our Payroll under VFP created under ver 3. Our system uses Win98 and I installed VFP 5.0 bec we don't have anymore VFP3 installers. Below error occurs occasionally, sometimes during data entry or processing. But there are also times it doesn't show up.
