At first based on the title of your message I was going to refer you to:
http://www.apptools.com/dbase/faq/qformt.htm which shows the DBF file structure.

But I see that your looking for the FRX report file structure, so you can try http://www.apptools.com/dbase/search.htm and see if they have what you need. I did not find it right away, but it's probably somewhere on this excellent site.
