No you should provide the MCP number you have recieved from the first passed exam each time you make a new test. For example when I have took My 70-029 exam I got my MCP number and after that I did not recieved any more MCP numbers, and other MCP exams I have taken have been added to my MCP profile.
If you have recieved multiple MCP numbers you should contact Microsoft staff to merge your profile.
