Not sure but... could you be selecting no employees into an array that altough is empty, does not return Undefined?
Try...
1, put a check in the for next that there is actually 1 array item, If I recall, the for - next will go the first time before it checks the next condition.
2, put a messagebox right before the for next loop and inspect item 1 of the array. This may tell you something.
