Your problem was explored by Vladimir Zhuravlev UT ID #009278. We're currently preparing an article about it for October Issue of UT Magazine. You can contact Vladimir in the meantime. He used Delphi and FoxPro communication, but I guess, PowerBuilder would be somewhat close...
