John, I've tried them all. Retry : same result. Abort : comes up with 22 %. Cancel however, gave me this :

Stuck 23% completed. Complete ? Roll back ? Help ?

The message seems ambiguous. I pressed Help, but then I get the message

Can't get help on incompleted stucks

I guess that tells that the stuck is incompleted indeed.
I'm not sure what to do next.
