I found the problem. Apparently the setup wizard is creating some temp files on the C:\ drive. I was only looking at the available space on network drive were the Web executable file was being created. I emptied my recycle bin and it works OK again.
Thanks again.

On the Create Cabinet Files step I get an error message "Error generating cab file(s), Error code: 2, Unable to create cab file. Check to make sure you have enough disk space." I have plenty of disk space. This process worked fine the last time I ran it, two weeks ago.
