Hi Ken,

I can understand your point for a controlled beta, where feedback is only taken in from a select set of users, but I guess those of us who have a MSDN subscriptions should've been considered as well since MS has included various betas in the past... not to mention that "Software Betas" are listed on the Levels & Features website.
