Thank you for reply. I appreciate your help. The following lines are just to explain the actual requirements. I want the simplest way because in single form we have four text boxes for barcode entry. First, one is must for scanning second one and third and fourth is not necessary for scanning. Because some barcodes are not clear to scan or scanner cannot work.

This application is only for collecting data for the new POS. The users are required to use laptop in the market shelves to collect data and verify with old system. The barcode reader is compatible with USB port. Is there any way to control this port only for single text box in the form?
