I'm sorry to jump in, I'd just only like to inform you that there's also another FRX-->Word converter - XFRX, which you can download here at UT or at www.eqeus.com. It doesn't have the HTML option yet, but has another interesting features and is very very fast.

I didn't realise this at first and could not understand why I could not create a doc file. I had only bought a html licence!!!!
