>Hi Everybody
>In a simple data collection form, I want to control the user not to enter the data manually in some text boxes. He should fill all these text boxes by scanning barcodes. After scanning shot the cursor should move to the other text box automatically, even the scanned barcode’s length is less than the specified field width.
If you are using a wedge-style device to scan the barcoded data into a standard textbox, it's nearly impossible to differentiate between typed text and scanned data; if the user keys the content of the barcode into the field, there's generally no way to distinguish between the scan and typedd text. If you absolutely require fields to be read from a barcode, you need to work with a device other than a wedge, so that the source can be differentiated.
