After installing NAV 2002 you get the error
Unable to Register CFGWIZ.DLL

I fixed error by doing the following

Go to website
www.crystaldecisions.com\downloads

Download file
scr8_webregfix.exe

Extract and run the file according to the directions.

After running the file, NAV 2002 runs without error.

Even though the file was designed to fix a Crystal Reports verion 8 issue relative to Windows 2000 and above, it also fixed a NAV 2002 problem running on Windows XP operating system. Pleasant surprise.
