However, the latest versions of Outlook have a new "feature" that requires the user to respond every time VFP sends a new email to outlook. How do I turn this off? I really need this becuase my email program is supposed to run unattended.

This is the Draconian Security Patch from hell. There are a couple of ways to get around it:
