Upon exiting a program the following command is executed on certain directories and their subdirectories

DELETE FILE THIS.NowDir + "\*.BAK"

The command executes rather slowly...

Would cycling through all file names
USING
=ADIR(laFiles, '*.BAK')

and then issuing a delete file command on the exact file name
something like this...

FOR lni = 1 to x
DELETE FILE laFiles[ lni , 1]
ENDFOR

would this speed things up a little ?
