We put Windows 2000 on the Data Server, & NT 4 with the latest Citrix Metaframe on the 2 Citrix servers & the problem has gone away since we are no longer using Windows 2000 Terminal Services but rather, using NT4 Terminal Services. I wanted to try Registry settings but the IT director didn't so that was that.
