In Delphi 6 there is something called "Desktop Database version 7.0". It looks like it will open .dbf, .sql, and .qbe files.
".....Database Desktop lets you create, view, sort, modify, and query data tables in a variety of Paradox, dBASE, and SQL formats.
Edit|Paste Link lets you create live links to data in other applications with DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange)....."
So it comes with a database tool but no real database of it's own. Basicly for this to work for the guy we need to know what type of database it's talking too.
