In order to index views, the buffer mode must be set to 3 (row buffering). Set the buffer mode to 3, temporarily, create your indexes, then set the buffer mode back to 5...voila!

>I use updatable local views in my app. It works but I want to use my views among with the table buffering, and as I set the buffering mode to 5 for these views and then try to use Index On command in order to create indexes it returns error "Command cannot be issued on a table with cursors in table buffering mode". I fell that I do something wrong but I need the buffering mode on my updatable views and I need indexes on these views too.
