Some browsers really have a problem seeing new versions of specific files from a Web server. My definition of a browser, in regards to that, should be that it should recognize any updates of an image file, a javascript file, etc., when they arise.
Okay. But just FYI, personally I wouldn't even know where to begin in order to let the browser come up with the latest version of stuff like images. Well, remove all the temporary files or so. IOW, when I upload another version of some image to our server, the only thing I can do in order to see this latest version, is to rename the file, and reference to it by this name. This, btw, is IE5. Would you have a good tip on this ? (I really need it for NS6 only at this moment).
