Ah, but I believe that. This is because it overrules the setting "never", "at startup", "auto" (IE) and "always" (similar). So I (think) I agree : you are just right. But now think of websites like UT; it just cannot be done, because indeed it is about the URL visible in the URL address area you will be reloading. AND IT JUST CAN'T. Well, it 'll give you the URL visible, and that's not the one you want. Try it.
