Do you have any documentaion on the phone system. I am using 9600,n,8,1 but there are a lot of possibilities. I am sure there is a tech that works on the phone system that can help you.

Is this phone system PC based?


I'm not sure how to configure COM Port here to allow input. Also, what "commands" are used to open the port to start receiving the buffered data.
