NetRemoteTOD is supported under Win98. It only works on NT/2000/XP. See Message#496478 for an explanation of how to get the time from a machine using Win98. Then you can use the SetLocalTime WinAPI function (see WinAPI#12734 section for example) to set the time of the Win98 machine.
