While the VFP forum is a big part of the UT right now, the UT can be a watering hole for any topic, POV, product or reason, if folks are willing to pay the money. After the MS OS fades into history I expect the UT will be a very good Linux watering hole! :-) Considering the vulgarity, abundance of wheelbarrow/cajones, ego trips, RTMF replys, etc., on most of the unmoderated newsgroups, the UT is a refreshing oasis of civility.
The Joe Bob espisode not withstanding, most discussions, even those that heat up a bit, ususally remain or end up friendly, without blood shed or coaggulation into hostile groups. People can disagree without being disagreeable. Chris still barbs me with 'UN' comments, which are funny!
