Is anyone aware of any issues with having SQL Server 2000 and Oracle on the same machine?

I already have SQL Server 2000 Developer on my laptop (running XP Pro), and I want to load personal Oracle to do some prototyping on access from .NET. Our network manager isn't crazy about me loading Personal Oracle, believing that it might mess up my SQL Server install.

Is anyone aware of any problems that might come up?
