hi john, you can rearrange the columns order if you dont directly connect the grid to the table. you will have to connect the grid to a recordset to get it rearranged. just alter the sequence of columns in you select statement and you will get what yuo want.
USE MSHFlexgrid for editing.
you can not edit directly into MSHFlexgrid.
you have to move the textbox or list/combo to give the user the impression that he is actually editing in the grid. Its not so hard, you can achieve it easily through coding. Search MSDN for MSHFlexGrid, you will get an example to move the text box.
